We use all major brands of plastic modular belting and conventional belting. UNI, REX, KVP, Interlox, Habitstat, and Value Guide are just a few of the brands we use. All conveying systems are designed to be maintenance and operator friendly. Depending on the application, our stainless table top conveyors have a channeled frame with a raised UHMW upper bed and a roller return. When cleaning our conveyors, products are not trapped into an area that cannot be seen or cleaned without removing the belt / chain. We also try to use a direct drive systems whenever possible. The direct drive system eliminates chains and belts that need to be replaced and guards that may hold contaminate. Direct drive systems also reduce backlash and improve repeatability.
